We will go out of our way to ensure that our customers are happy with their purchase and enjoy their experience with us. Should you encounter any problems we will do our best to iron them out; we welcome customer feedback that allows us to improve our levels of service.
Returns and Refund Policy.
We have every confidence that all the products that are purchased from us are of the highest quality and as such we offer a 12-month warranty on all products, in addition to a 5-year guarantee on the frame (excluding recliners). The 12-month warranty begins from the date of the delivery, as signed on your Proof of Delivery from the carriers. Please keep this document as it maybe required if you make a claim during the warranty period. The 12-month warranty protects you from any manufacturer damage or defects that occur during this period. Please note that this does not cover you for any accidental or customer damage.
We would like you to feel every confidence in buying from us and so are prepared to accept the return of any purchase from stock that you are not happy with, as long as you inform us, in writing, within 7 days of the receipt of your product.
We do however retain the delivery element of the purchase and charge a collection fee equal to the delivery to contribute to the cost of the return.
The collection fee is halved if the carriers are informed before leaving so they can take the order back and dispense with a return visit.
This guarantee applies to our stock and ex-display models and not items that are made-to-order.
We will of course accept the return of any sofa, whether from stock or made-to-order if there is a significant fault on arrival or if the sofas received are not as ordered. There will be no charge for the return and a full refund will be made, including the original cost of delivery. The furniture not fitting into the premises does not constitute grounds for a return. Please confirm measurements before placing the order.
We currently use Sage Pay and Paypal as a means of card security which is encrypted over a secure server so that no other party, including ourselves, has access to credit or debit card details. If payments are made over the phone, the card details are likewise kept private and removed from our database once the transactions have been completed.
We will only use the information that we collect from you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. No detailed customer information will be used for any purpose other than the purchase, delivery and repair of goods. We may use systems to track general customer behaviour to our site.
The use of this website and the purchase of any goods is governed by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print and keep a copy for your reference. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at anytime without notice to you. Please do not assume the same terms apply in the future. Access to this website may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time.
